Welcome to PopPals! This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the data needed to make the game work and improve your experience. This includes:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, iOS Identifier for Vendor)
• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics – non-identifying technical info)
• Analytics events (via Firebase Analytics – aggregated, no personal IDs)
• Optional in-app purchase receipts
• Local game progress stored on the device

Data is used to:

• Diagnose crashes and improve stability
• Understand how the game is used to guide updates
• Maintain saved game progress
• Process purchases securely

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with trusted third-party services that help us run the app (Firebase, Google Play Services, advertising SDKs if any). These providers are bound by strict privacy contracts.

Crash and analytics data is retained for up to 90 days. Local game saves stay on the device until the user uninstalls the app.

PopPals is designed for children aged 3+. We do not knowingly collect personal information that identifies a child (such as name, email, or location). All data collected is either technical or anonymized.
