By downloading or playing PopPals, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

PopPals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. This license allows you to:

• Install PopPals on devices you own or control
• Play all levels and features, online or offline
• Use boosters and content as designed in the game

PopPals is free to download and play. Any optional in-app purchases are processed securely by the app store (Google Play or App Store), which sets the pricing and payment rules. PopPals itself never asks for, stores, or sees your payment details. All purchases follow the store's refund policy, and parents can control purchases using each store's parental gates.

PopPals is a wholesome environment with no chat and no social features. We reserve the right to restrict access if the game, its assets, or its brand are misused, redistributed, or used in a way that undermines the safety of children.

PopPals does not require a personal account to play. Any technical or device data is handled exactly as described in our Privacy Policy — collected sparingly, retained briefly, and never sold.

All content in PopPals — including code, artwork, characters (such as Bobo the Bear), sounds, and the PopPals brand — is the property of KumawatPulse Technologies. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute it without our prior written permission.

PopPals is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the policies or conduct of third-party stores or services.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KumawatPulse Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PopPals.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected below in the "last updated" date and on this page. Continued use of PopPals after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
